  1. okay, this is so cool. I have prometheus running on my home nas, which is running a couple essentials like adblocking dns I have prometheus in my k8s cluster pulling data from home prometheus through tailscale now i have graphs in grafana.

  9. While I was waiting for my flu shot, a man came in unmasked (unlike everyone else) for his covid booster. When asked if he had covid in the last 3 months he had to really pause and think. Then before my 15 min post shot wait was up he leaves and jwalks Kingsway. Odd life choices

  15. Physio today used this weird high intensity ultrasonic thing on my knee. It was very weird. All the vibration but no movement. I was able to walk home (slowly) without brace or cane. It apparently helps relaxes muscles and encourages healing. It's cool.

  17. Going down 7 flights of stairs with a ... "exploded" knee, because fire alarm went off, kinda sucks. Getting to play with all the dogs because the fire was real (small kitchen fire) kinda made up for it.

  20. I was actually surprised how much i loved (and hated) Luckiest Girl Alive. Netflix doesn't usually take on risky topics. Mia did an amazing job. All the people who kept trying to be the victim were so gross. I'm not usually okay around abuse and anger but good movie.

  40. I can certainly see why people didn't like ms Marvel. The start was choatic. The mom was a lot. But by the end people grew up and it was super cute. I really enjoyed it
