@mightyjoanna The strange thing for me is that once I also decided to self isolate, and not go to the gym, my stress levels went way down. But I think it has to do with it being less of a shock for me. I haven't worked since December. I've been working from home for almost 2 years now.

@mightyjoanna But I totally understand anxiety. For me, having at least a couple routine tasks help a lot. Something I can achieve and feel like I got something done (take my meds, do the dishes). Then have lists of other things I want to do, so if/when I get bored, I have an easy list tograb

@mightyjoanna As for insomnia, therapist and CBT course told me some good breathing techniques. It helps calm your mind before sleeping. Therapist said count down from 100. I prefer just focusing on breath, breath in, counting for 4, hold counting to 4, out counting to 4, hold counting to 4
