    @rachlanger Awesome. Thanks so much. I had nothing to compare it to. Mine said she specialized in anxiety, depression and ADHD. But almost all the advice she gave didn't apply to me with my ADHD. Seriously. Thanks so much Btw i did a CBT course at bby hospital and loved it. Good luck
